Delete Data Request

We are sad to see you go. You can delete your account directly through the Ivory App by navigating to your profile screen.

Key Data Deletion Details

• Method: Inside the Ivory app, go to Profile > Edit -> Delete Account.
• Process: Deleting the account also removes all associated user data from Ivory products. Note that active subscriptions must be cancelled first, and deletion is permanent.
